I witnessed the birth of the Detroit/Berlin exchange and saw many friends develop this snobbery. I love seeing techno DJs get their recognition and the bag, but I can’t deal with the egos.

The whole techno aesthetic is a bit cliche and passe now tbh, even people up here in scotland are dressing up in all black like their in the matrix or blade nowadays, its so conformist and uniform. these techno people forget its just about having a bit of fun.
