TRESOR.BERLIN / DJ FRANKIE BONES / JULY 1, 2022 – First things first, it was great to be able to fly to Berlin to play Tresor after the Covid-19 outbreak & lockdown of 2020/2021. It’s been three years for me not being in Europe. My last European gig was at Tresor in 2019.

I’ve been through it all in the past few years, it’s humbled me out and allowed me enough time to really focus on myself as a DJ and I’ve come to a new level of understanding.

Levelled up. Way up. I know what I am up against in these times. The way I play and the way I select tunes is why Tresor books me year after year. This is my second Soundcloud mix of 2022, so I knew in advance I would have to really step things up and this won’t disappoint.

My objective here is for you the listener to hear things you don’t hear from anyone else. And to be blown away by it. To stand out in the digital blob of endless DJ mixes you are bombarded with every single day.

To know people I consider friends get annoyed when I DM them this special moment. Sign of the times. But I’m being honest. This needs to be heard.
